Dynamo Rush provides route planning and travel guidance services for Canadian destinations. Our services include customized itineraries, route recommendations, and travel coordination.

3. Booking and Payment

When you book a route through our website:

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Payment confirms your agreement to these terms
• Routes are subject to availability and seasonal conditions
• We reserve the right to modify routes due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Follow safety guidelines and recommendations provided
• Respect local laws, customs, and environmental regulations
• Hold appropriate travel and health insurance
• Ensure physical fitness appropriate for chosen routes

6. Liability Limitations

Dynamo Rush provides route planning and guidance services. We are not responsible for:

• Weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of nature
• Actions of third-party service providers
• Personal injury or property damage during travel
• Changes to road conditions or accessibility
• Wildlife encounters or environmental hazards

7. Intellectual Property

All content on dynamo-rush.com, including text, graphics, logos, route maps, and itineraries, is the property of Dynamo Rush and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Route Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date route information, conditions can change. We update our routes regularly but cannot guarantee that all information remains current at the time of your travel.

9. Third-Party Services

Our routes may include recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, and activities operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the quality or availability of these services.
